01

1. Use services responsibly

Use EBAT services only for lawful, authorized purposes and within documented technical limits. You are responsible for users, systems and data connected through your account and for obtaining permissions needed to submit or process information.

Take reasonable steps to secure credentials, endpoints and integrations. Notify EBAT promptly if you discover compromised access, a vulnerability or activity that may affect another user or service.

02

2. Illegal or harmful activity

You may not use a service to violate law, regulation, sanctions, export controls or third-party rights, or to facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, threats, exploitation or physical harm.

You may not upload, request, distribute or preserve content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious or designed to evade legal obligations. Do not misrepresent identity, affiliation, authority, origin or the intended destination of a communication.

03

3. Security and system integrity

Do not probe, scan or test systems without written authorization; bypass authentication or access controls; use stolen credentials; introduce malware; intercept traffic; or attempt to access data, accounts or infrastructure that you are not authorized to use.

You may not disrupt availability through denial-of-service activity, excessive automated traffic, resource exhaustion or coordinated requests. Security research must follow an expressly authorized scope and reporting process.

04

4. Messaging and communications

Do not use EBAT communication features for spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, impersonation or misleading promotions. You must honor consent, opt-out, sender identification, content and recordkeeping requirements that apply to your messages.

Do not purchase, scrape or use contact lists without a lawful basis. Automated communications must identify their purpose accurately and must not manipulate delivery, reputation or complaint controls.

05

5. Data and technical restrictions

Do not submit credentials, payment data, health information, government identifiers, export-controlled technical data or other highly sensitive material unless a written agreement and approved service specifically support it.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense or create a competing service from protected parts of EBAT systems except where applicable law expressly allows. Do not remove ownership notices or circumvent usage, rate or geographic restrictions.

06

6. Automation and fair access

Automation must use documented interfaces, truthful identifiers and reasonable request rates. Crawling, scraping or indexing that ignores technical controls, creates disproportionate load, extracts personal information or reproduces protected content is prohibited.

Do not create accounts or rotate network identities to evade quotas, enforcement, verification or payment. EBAT may apply limits needed to preserve reliable and equitable access.

07

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant records. Depending on risk and severity, we may limit traffic, remove material, suspend access, require corrective action or terminate a service. Urgent action may occur without advance notice when necessary to protect systems, users or the public.

We may report apparent illegal activity to appropriate authorities and cooperate with valid legal process. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve lower-risk violations.

08

8. Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse, security issues or policy violations through the verified support channel displayed on this page. Include the affected service, relevant dates, identifiers and enough detail for us to investigate, but do not send secrets, exploit code or sensitive personal information through ordinary email.

Good-faith reporting does not authorize access beyond what you already have. We prohibit retaliation through our services against a person who raises a genuine safety, security or compliance concern.
