1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, company, account credentials, communication preferences, inquiry content and files you intentionally submit. Payment or project systems may collect additional information under service-specific notices.
We also receive limited technical information when you use a service, including device and browser type, requested pages, timestamps, approximate region, referral source, security events and cookie or similar identifiers. Analytics are designed to measure service performance and may use shortened or pseudonymous network identifiers.
EBAT authentication uses OneHub's shared identity service. An account created here is global to that service and can be used at other connected sites. Account identifiers and credentials are maintained in the common account system, while site-specific business records are tagged with their source site.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and secure services, authenticate accounts, respond to inquiries, evaluate technical requirements, manage projects and relationships, deliver requested communications, diagnose faults and improve usability.
We may also use information to comply with legal obligations, keep business records, prevent abuse, establish or defend legal claims and send product or service updates where you have consented or applicable law otherwise permits.
3. Legal grounds
Depending on your location and the context, we process information to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, pursue legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, comply with law, or act with your consent.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Some information is necessary to provide an account, answer a request or meet a legal obligation; without it, we may be unable to complete that activity.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our services may use essential storage for security, authentication, language and session continuity. With any consent required in your region, we may also use analytics to understand aggregate visits, content performance and service reliability.
You can control cookies through available consent controls and browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent account or security features from working. We do not use public website forms to sell personal information.
5. When information is shared
We share information only as reasonably necessary with EBAT personnel and affiliated operations, vetted providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics or business systems, and professional advisers subject to appropriate duties.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization or transfer of relevant business assets. We require service providers to use information only for authorized purposes.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purpose collected, an active account or relationship, applicable limitation periods, legal requirements and legitimate security or recordkeeping needs. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction.
EBAT uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and service. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please use approved channels and avoid placing sensitive technical or personal data in an ordinary inquiry form.
7. International processing
EBAT and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy laws in those locations may differ. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual or organizational safeguards.
You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your information, subject to legal and confidentiality limitations.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent, unsubscribe from marketing messages and lodge a complaint with a relevant privacy authority.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. Legal exceptions can apply, and we will explain a material refusal where permitted. Account verification and essential service messages may continue even when marketing preferences are withdrawn.
9. Children and policy changes
EBAT services are intended for organizations and adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public website. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
We may update this policy as services, practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted with its updated date, and additional notice will be provided when required.
